Will it work with the devices I already own?

Most smart-home brands can be integrated with Home Assistant through official or community-supported integrations. During your design session we assess compatibility, verify support, and explain any trade-offs so you can decide with confidence.

Do I have to replace my existing smart devices?

We verify whether your existing devices are compatible with Home Assistant. If they are, there is no need to replace them - we integrate them into your new smart-home system.

Do I need neutral wiring for my home?

Neutral wiring is strongly recommended for improved reliability and long-term flexibility. If it is not possible, we can design a no-neutral setup using compatible devices and capacitors, though no-neutral systems can be slightly less stable and have more compatibility limitations.

What happens if my internet goes down?

Home Assistant is designed for local control, so your automations and dashboard keep working even if your internet drops. As long as your local network is up and your devices use local protocols, your home carries on without the cloud.

Can I expand the system later?

Home Assistant is highly flexible - start small and expand over time. We recommend building the right foundations first and adding features when you are ready.

Should I install a smart home system before or after renovation?

Ideally smart-home planning begins before electrical works are done, so wiring and infrastructure can be built in early. For completed or retrofit homes we can extend scope to the required electrical modifications, such as pulling neutral wires, and take care to conceal new wiring.
